GRADUATES*GAP YEAR STUDENTS WELCOME TO APPLY!
HOURS: - 2.00PM - 11.00PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
THIS WILL BE A 8 WEEK ASSIGNMENT & MY CLIENT IS SEEKING 2 ADMINISTRATORS WHO POSSESS GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND ALSO ENJOY PROJECT*RESEARCH WORK. YOU WILL BE UNDERTAKING A SPECIAL PROJECT TO INVESTIGATE PROBLEMS*ISSUES RELATING TO KEY WORKS CARRIED OUT TO AGREED SERVICE LEVELS AND TIMESCALES WITHIN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR. YOU WILL ENSURE THE CORRECT PAPERWORK HAS BEEN ADMINISTERED & ENSURE EACH JOB IS COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY. SUCCESSFULL CANDIATES WILL CHECK THROUGH CALL LOGS,COMPUTER ENTRIES AND PRINTOUTS AND TALK TO INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS TO VERIFY AND CONFIRM FINDINGS. YOU WILL POSSESS GOOD ADMINISTRATION SKILLS PLUS BE ORGANISED, LOGICAL & THOROUGH IN YOUR APPROACH.
YOU WILL NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR 8 WEEKS MINIMUM FROM 12*9 ( SO NO HOLS TO BE TAKEN IN THIS TIMESCALE I`M AFRAID!) NICE OFFICES IN CENTRAL DARTFORD AND £7.00 P*H -
